T250 stick stiffness under load normal or issue?

I just rebuilt the drive motors, changed the gear pump, serviced the tandem pump (replaced the rotating group and plate), and added new tracks and a drive sprocket to my T250.

Now, I'm noticing the control sticks feel stiff and push back when I'm going uphill with a load or doing loaded 360s. The charge pressure looks good at around 400-420 psi, and there are no error codes.

Is the stiffness in the sticks normal when under load, or could it mean there's an issue? I'd love to hear any thoughts or similar experiences.

It's somewhat normal for control sticks to feel stiff after rebuild due to mechanical resistance, but if it's unusually hard or causes performance issues, double-check alignment, pressure, and linkage for problems

It sounds like you got that T250 feeling brand new. So cool of you. But if the control sticks under load are stiff, that isn't normal. You might wanna double-check pilot pressure or spool drag in the control valve. I had the same problem before.

Your charge pressure looks good, so it's probably just the hydraulics doing their job. If it's not causing real control problems or errors, don't stress too much.
