2020 Bobcat T770 is squeaky to no go after wash!

Got a weird one with my 2020 Bobcat T770 that's got about 1000 hours on it.

So, yesterday, the right-hand track started making this annoying squeaking noise. Figured it was just dirty, as it was way overdue for a bath. So, I gave it a good washdown.
Now, the squeak's gone... but the right-hand track won't go forwards at all! It was working fine before the wash, other than the squeak.

Any ideas what might be going on here? Did I wash something sensitive, or did that squeak turn into a bigger problem? Totally stumped right now

The timing of the failure immediately after washing points toward an electrical issue. Water has likely entered a connector for the drive control system, causing a short. The most crucial diagnostic question is whether the right track still moves in reverse. If it moves in reverse but not forward, I'd 1st inspect and dry the electrical connections on the right joystick's actuator and the main hydraulic control valve.

I'd suspect something electrical or sensor related got wet too, maybe let the things dry fully and then try cycling the machine back few times

My first thought is you might have washed some debris into a tight spot on the drive motor or the final drive.
With the squeak being gone, it sounds like whatever was rubbing is now wedged and stopping the track.
Have you checked the final drive cover to see if it's warm?
It could be seized up.
It could also be a sensor or an electrical connection that got wet, like the others here suggested.
So also try checking all the plugs and connections around the drive motor and make sure they're dry and secure.
