I have a Bobcat 743 Skid Steer and I purchased a 811 backhoe attachment at a consignment sale. Didn't get any mounting brackets with it, but I found a set on e-bay. When I mounted it the hydraulics don't work right. Pull the lever to lift the boom, the cylinder goes out instead of in. If You just barely pull the lever it comes in a little bit, but not all the way. I thought maybe the cylinder had problems so I rebuilt it. Didn't help. It seems the only cylinders that work right is the stabilizer ones. Don't know if it could be a by pass valve,
I did put new o-rings on them. Didn't help either. Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge in this area? Sure need some help.
