Bobcat T300.. just changed the hydraulic filter and the hydraulic fluid... When pouring the new hydraulic fluid in I noticed something about the size of the plastic stopper you pull out of the spout to dispense the fluid go into the hydraulic reservoir. It happened so quickly that I couldn't tell exactly what it was but I'm certain that it wasn't left on the bucket to slide into the funnel I was using. Question is would that have affected anything with the machine not lifting or is it just coincidental that it happened soon after I had filled it with fluid (probably 4-5 hours of runtime). Does anyone know if the tank itself has screens like diesel fuel tanks to keep debris from getting into pump hoses? And what could be causing the lift cylinders to only lift the bucket 3 ft? Bear in mind that it dumps as it's lifting that 3 ft. Any advice would be appreciated!!
