I have this older Bobcat skid steer, probably late 80s or early 90s, and I've been searching all over Seattle for a hydraulic pump (P/N 6651691). Bobcat says it's already phased out when I reached out to them. But does anyone know if and where I can get one rebuilt? Or where to find a used one that's still in good shape?

You can check Loader Parts Source online. They specialize in Bobcat hydraulic pump parts and even offer rebuilds with a 12-month warranty. Also, eBay has listings for used units under that part number.

bro, don't just look for Bobcat dealers. Check for independent hydraulic pump and motor repair shops in the Seattle area or nearby.
These places specialize in rebuilding all sorts of industrial pumps, and they'll have the expertise and parts to do a quality rebuild on yours, often with a warranty. This is probably your best bet for a reliable rebuild

Try out a specialty reman shop too there are a few in the Pacific Northwest that rebuild hydraulic pumps for vintage machines
